Plant propagation material

Propagation material is the part of the plant, which is used for the production of a new plantation. Consequently, the right and thorough propagation material production is a crucial stage of the process. Gresense has its own plant nursery in Mesimeri – Thessaloniki since 2014, in which the propagation material of aromatic plants is carefully produced under our constant supervision. In our plant nursery we produce a great variety of aromatic plants, which our company later trades. The propagation material, which is produced in our plant nursery, fulfills all necessary standards and is disease free, in order to ensure the best possible quality and quantity of essential oils. Moreover, Gresense is granted the license to produce and trade propagation material, type B. Meanwhile, the Centre for Propagation Material Certification and Fertilizers’ Inspection conducts regular inspections.
